Nasmalt was born from the fervent desire of a group of Nigerians, to participate in the socio-economic development of their country, based on their values and heritage. Their quest for a new company which would create better opportunities for more people, and new products of international standard which would challenge old established ones, led to the founding of a non-alcoholic beverage company known as TAFSAN Beverages Limited in 2005.

Having had distinguished careers in the Brewery Industry, they developed their unique malt recipe, to produce a high-quality malt drink: NASMALT.

They adopted an innovative market launch platform – Religious passion. As members of the NASRUL-LAHI-IL-FATIH (NASFAT) of Nigeria – an Islamic organisation that aims to promote Islamic knowledge and brotherhood, they chose religion as a market entry platform. Since its launch in May 2006, the brand has been successfully positioned as an affordable high-quality malt drink that is…so full of life.
